Dr. Cooley is a professional engineer with particular expertise in the area of electrical hazards and accidents that relate to grounding, bonding, or the flow of current through the earth, water, or other conductors not designed to carry current. Knowledge of effects of electricity on living organisms, lightning phenomena, and analysis of safety and back-up systems. Experience with National Electrical Code and National Electrical Safety Code. Courses taught include Digital Electronics and Engineering Design.
